I can't login, what do I do?

One of two things may be going wrong here. They are, either the username or password that you entered are incorrect. Check that the caps-lock key is not on and check that all characters are entered in the proper case. If problems still persist, contact the webmaster for more assistance.

The program crashed, what do I do?

Please report this incident to the webmaster as we want to make the system as error free as possible. Then, please restart your browser. If the problems still persist, contact the webmaster for more assistance.

How do I log out?

To logout, just click the link LOGOUT in the top right-hand corner of the window. It should be located next to 'User :: <your username> | Edit My Details'. If you continue having problems, contact the webmaster for more assistance.

How do I edit my own details?

Near the logout link in the top right-hand corner of the screen, there is a link called: Edit My Details. By clicking this, you will be shown a form, prefilled with your details. Just change the details as required and submit the form. Your details are now updated.

What's the easiest way to navigate the system?

The easiest way to navigate the program depends on where you are within the program. There is a constant core navigation menu located on the left hand side of the program. This provides access to core features, such as adding/editing both owners and books.

Once you've chosen one of these options, such as a search, then viewed the details of a search item, you will be able to navigate within that section with the links provided near the top of that section. An image has been provided to highlight this.
